book: Angels and Demons
First of all, I guess I posted the same 3 posts in a row, my internet or the blog website was acting up and that was the result. I'm not sure how to delete the posts haha, I deleted them through posting>edit posts so it only shows one Oldboy post but they still show up on the blog. Whatever.
Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, was a pretty entertaining book...I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was not a "good" book (as in it will not be making any "great literary works" lists on amazon) but it was fun. This book is similar to Brown's other work, The Da Vinci Code, and is written in a very similar fashion. I think I enjoyed this book more then the The Da Vinci Code. It is about Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon trying to stop the "Illumanati's" plots to destroy...something. Supposedly the Illumanati has gotten hold of something called antimatter (100% more efficent than nuclear power) and are going to do...something bad haha. The book is VERY fast paced, most of the book you follow Robert while he is trying to solve puzzles in order to stop...destruction from happening. Be warned, if you start reading this book, you might not be able to put it down and finish it in one day...so if you have tests or homework or something important happening be warned.
